For the best experience, all guest must remain with the group and follow the guide throughout the tour. These are walking tours that take place in public outdoor areas, so please plan accordingly.
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. The Beyond is not responsible for lost or unattended items.
We ask all guests to be respectful of the locations we visit, the surrounding community, and fellow participants.
Disruptive, disrespectful, or intoxicated behavior will not be permitted, and guests who do not follow these guidelines may be asked to leave the tour and will not be issued a refund.
Skeptics welcome… attitude not required. We welcome skeptics and believers alike. Curiosity makes the experience even better. Come with your doubts, but please be respectful of the guide, the group, and the spaces we visit.

We do not offer refunds for cancellations. If you need to cancel, we will do our best to reschedule you for a future tour date.
Tours take place rain or shine, so please plan accordingly. While we will do our best to avoid scheduling tours during inclement weather, unexpected conditions can occur. In the case of light or passing rain, tours may continue as scheduled. If weather conditions become unsafe or significantly impact the experience, we will offer to reschedule your booking.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances requiring us to cancel a tour, we will first offer to reschedule your booking. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
