Is this tour actually scary?

Our tours are a mixture of documented local history, accounts, and experiences connected to each location. As well as local lore and urban legends.
The tour is a relaxed walking experience through downtown areas. Comfortable shoes are recommended, but no strenuous activity is involved.
How physically demanding is the tour?
Do you use real ghost hunting equipment?
At time, yes. Depending on the group and the tour, we may incorporate investigative tools, but it’s not guaranteed.
You’re more than welcome. Many join simply for the history and storytelling. What you take away from the experience is entirely up to you.
What if I’m a skeptic?
You’re free to step away at any time. We just ask that you let your guide know before leaving the group. Please keep in mind no refunds are offered.
What if I need to leave early?
Yes - tours run rain or shine. In the case of extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will reschedule or offer a refund.
Do tours run in the rain?
Is there an age requirement?
Some of the stories and atmosphere may not be suitable for younger or more sensitive guests. Tours may include spooky or mature themes and are recommended for children over 12. Parental discretion is advised. Please note: all bookings must be made by someone 18 or older. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the experience.
